@Faddy – We would always advise member to be on the safe side and clear all browsing cookies. It is certainly down to the member how much they listen to this advice however we would just like to give our members the best guidance possible.
In regards to beat my price, I do believe we have defined what you can do in the merchant notes by saying “There is a transaction limit of 5 transactions per 6 days for Beat My Price Demands and Beat My Price Transactions.”.

@digital - I certainly agree that it is better to be on the safe side with things like this and would certainly advise to clear all cookies and cache before logging in to make a purchase.

Thanks, hadn't spotted that. I am awaiting £50.50 cashback for car insurance with Direct Line. It has been at confirmed status for a couple of months now but still hasn't gone to payable. The policy was paid for in full back in May.
