    @B_M, thanks for the link, I can see that we have received some payments recently for this merchant but we are still waiting for some of these to come through from December, hopefully we see these received soon but this will go on to receive the attention of the merchants network in the meantime.
    Thanks again Samantha, something is obviously amiss if they have paid February's 2015, but have failed to pay December's 2014!
    I'll leave it until the end of April and hopefully the payment will have come through. If not, then I'll chase up myself direct.
    I wanted this through so I could convert to Tesco clubcard points, but if not received soon, I'll miss the May deadline!
    It would be appreciated if your accounts team could chase this up though.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    I do appreciate the TCB has been trying to help to a point where I have had to Claim on non appearance of cashback but i have just had a second merchant refuse to pay me as they "could not trace my order going through TCB" which is absolute rubbish. This is Holland and Barrett who have been happy to pay out when the cashback was minimal ie £1-£2, but the last claim was for £over £11 and surprise surprise, H & B have refused this.I had the same with Tesco for £12.23. I get very suspicious now of these retailers who suddenly find an excuse for any payment over £10 to be suddenly not valid:mad:

    @Carh, I am sorry to hear this! I have taken a look at your claim myself and unfortunately, this is not something that we are able to appeal further but I do hope that you see any future claims that need to be lodged be more successful, fingers crossed though your tracking continues to improve for you!

    Sorted, so thanks to the person/s who resolved it.
    Payout requested as Tesco clubcard points and just a wait until I can convert them and perhaps use for a car hire or airport parking. Bit of a novelty value for myself as I've only ever taken cash!
    Hopefully the Tesco limit will be increased in the future, this would help families booking holidays.

    Has anyone else had a problem with Snap & Save using the Topcashback App? I've been unable to claim anything off of three different shops now as it has said "There was an error uploading your receipt..." I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times and tried each receipt multiple times, but it won't upload anything.

    I've noticed it can be done via the full site however it only seems to allow one photo to be uploaded. This rules out Sainsbury's shops as almost all of their receipts are double sided...
  • I thought I was the only person having problems with snap and save! I have given up now as whenever I try to upload a receipt it just stops working .have reinstalled the app several times.very frustrating as shopitise works fine .
  • After waiting nearly 6 Months for my TCB cashback to be available for payout. i was finally able to claim the Bacs payout today and it stated it could take upto 14days :eek:

    is that really the experience people have been receiving. i was hoping it would be ready to withdraw by the end of this week :p

    @B_M, that is great to hear and I hope that these make a big dent in the cost of your car hire/airport parking :) This is something that has been suggested by a few people but is not something that is the pipeline currently, but we will be sure to let our members know if this does ever go on to change at all and as always, we love the feedback!

    @Kim_13 and bambi100, we did experience a few issues on site Saturday which would have caused some problems with the receipt upload on the app, this should now be working for you though. If you do experience any further issues at all, you can always email in a copy of your receipt to snapandsave@topcashback.co.uk with the offer title and we would be happy to look into getting this processed for you this way.
