@B_M, there's always one eh, thanks for the claim and support ticket, once this is tracking, you should then be able to continue with your Highest Cashback Guarantee Claim and I hope that your untracked claim is resolved quickly for you.
@niftythrifty33, once released from ice and submitted to the network for review, it can then take around 12 weeks for a resolution to be received to your claim, but if you could email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk with the date of your transaction, I can take a better look into this for you.
@carh, I have just replied to your ticket for you with some further suggestions which I hope are more successful. We will keep trying to get to the bottom of this!
@kalsha, this payout option is still available for you, it may be that you need to re-apply your Clubcard number to your account just as Bougainvillea has said. You can do this by going to 'My Profile' and selecting 'Payout Details' on the right hand side.

Hi, can someone please advise how I can downgrade my account from plus to Classic?
Looking through the help pages it says you must wait till the anniversary day to make these changes - that's today but I still can't change it.
Also when I joined there was an offer of Tesco points, I don't have a Tesco clubcard, can these be converted to something else?

I took out a new car policy last year with aviva and had some cashback from topcashback.
It says "only new customers are eligible for cashback, cashback does not apply to renewals"
But if i make a new quote via their website, would i be able to claim cashback again?
Has anyone else had experience with this.

Does anyone know the latest re Directline cxar insurance non payment via topcashback? I insured in august 2014 and directline still have not paid.. The claim has been prodded and bumped via TCB but still no payment.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). @nottingham13, I am afraid that you would not be eligible for the cashback as you would still be classed as an existing customer rather than a new one, even if you purchased from a new quote.
@C_Mababejive, if you have a claim in, then the cashback for this will not likely be received until the claim is resolved, if you could email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk though with your transaction date, I would be happy to take a look into this for you.

Hi, I've been unable to access my TCB account since 19th March. My password isn't working, nor is the password reset function. I had a reply from customer support on 20th March saying:
"I will pass this on to another member of the team, who is more able to look into this further for you. Please could I kindly ask that you allow 7-10 days, for a response from Top CashBack, regarding this query."
And I haven't heard anything since. Help? It's been over two weeks now.0 -

This happened to me, Kalcide, in 2012 when I had £62 confirmed from Furniture Barn. It went grey and Furniture Barn then disappeared from Topcashback. It's still showing in my account now.
Which retailer is it, and are they still on TopcashbAck?0 -

@kalcide , as lurkylurky has said, this is because the merchant will no longer be on site, but this should not have an impact on your tracking transaction and I would expect the cashback to be received as expected.
