Hi Samantha, me again. I have recently made a purchase from Go Groopie and yet again, as with EVERYTHING I put through, it is not tracking or showing again.:eek: There is no adblock. I am fed up with having to claim on every single thing I buy via your site and then it takes months (and that is if I ever get the chaback agreed) to get it. It NEVER used to be like this on your site and by the comments , everyone else feels the same. I am now getting the emails that I always should have had but NO CASHBACK RECOGNITION on my Earnings page so can you ask your team to look at this please.? It is too much of a coincidence to have every purchase not showing up - yet it shows on My Visiting Pages.:(Carh:A0

There is an issue with Domino's not tracking.
I think it is because the Domino's site rejects the first attempt to use PayPal and this clears the tracking cookies.
Could you please look into this to save me logging more support tickets.0 -

@NX1977, I am not able to see any issues in regards to tracking when looking through the statistics for this merchant, but I am sorry to hear that this is occurring for you. We are limited to what we can do as this issue is happening when on the merchants site, but if you could email me at mse@topcashback with your transaction dates, I can see if I can do anything from this end for you.
@luckymannn, it is no problem at all and I am glad that we have been able to establish that this could be down to Adblock, by disabling this when visiting site, you should go on to see your cashback track for you as expected.
I can understand that you are maybe feeling a little skeptical but our Claims Team will do all they can to help here and hopefully, we can get this tracking for you. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cashback and having Adblock installed can cause a transaction to be attributed to another marketing channel, but prior to any of your next purchases, be sure to disable your ad-blocker, clear your cookies and you should go on to see a huge improvement.
We do not send out declined emails I'm afraid and we do have a 100 day window from when a transaction is made for a claim to be lodged, but do not worry, if you could get in touch via email at mse@topcashback.co.uk with your transaction date, I can look into this for you and see if we can get this limit overridden.
In regards to transactions, you may not be able to view each individual transaction completed by date, but by selecting to view completed transactions at the bottom of your earnings page, you will be able to view each merchant you have shopped with and the total amount pending, confirmed, payable and claimed. I can assure you that this information is not wiped.

Are these recent Sky purchases, or old ones?
I've taken out 2 recent Sky purchases (one via tcb and one another site - for myself and mother) - see who wins in the payout game.
Tracked fine on tcb and confirmed quickly enough, so no worries so far. 13 weeks average on tcb (23rd March on other - taken after tcb). Around 8 weeks in with tcb, so we'll see if there any issues in 5 weeks.
I'm hoping for a smooth transaction, but aware of potential problems.
I've found Sky to be perfect so far, with an excellent customer service. They couldn't be more helpful.No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0
