Thanks I needed to get going on something but have found it hard to go one way or other. Mainly down to the concern for what would happen to the kids and us if we lost house and went BR thats what I cant get out of my mind. Thats what keeps me awake at night also.
I think people are telling me that worse case we could be housed by the council but finding it hard to concentrate not knowing the facts0 -

Have a look at some of the other boards as well like the moneysaving old style board. Get your wife to have a look around the boards to. There is money to be saved in all sorts of places.
