has it affected the roles you could apply for
And how many times have you moved jobs ie have you just been lucky
That is good to know though
The only ones I don't apply for are for financial institutions such as banks or insurance companies. Also you would be unlikely to get a position in the legal sector. But TBH I wouldn't have applied for these before BR anyway!
I have only changed jobs the once, and I am on a self-employed basis (PI insurance was ok - done through a broker), but most companies do not ask (I did volunteer the information for the current role as I knew they would do some sort of credit search on me).
At the end of the day, I believe most potential employers would rather you be honest about the situation although only you can judge their possible reaction at the time.0

My car insurance is due in July and my contents in February. I dare say I will cross that inevitable bridge when it happens but I couldn't carry on as I was so will be a small hiccup in the grand scheme of things.BSC no.370 AD March 14

Still at the same level (Financial Controller/Finance Manager and no real desire to go higher). I could have taken the job on a PAYE basis but it suited me and the company to be employed through my own limited company (after discharge of course).0

Another question Stepchange have advised me that I am too broke to go bankrupt as if they do a SOA when i have no work then my outgoings would no way be covered by JSA etc. That is obvious so would I be stuck with no money and not be able to go bankrupt it does not make sense
Told judge would not let us go bankrupt
Also what assets would they take we dont have any antiques the TV was a good one but now is two years old there is games consoles that the kids have and some I got fron an old job free that I gave my kids other than that its the wedding and engagemet rings I worry about that would kill the wife I saved for the first one for ages before I even had a cc we were engaged for 12 years then how comes shane filan kept his 38k ring
Also if I live at my parents and buy my own food can I pay her rent as part of BR SOA or do they even ask where the rent is for0

without a shadow a doubt your kiddly winks will get their dad back and your wife her husband.
as for assests they dont raid your home.I really dont know anything about houses as I am in a privatly rented house but there are lots of folk here that can share their knowledge on that.
Nobody is going to take your wives rings over her fingers and childrens toys out of their bedrooms. please dont panic its not quite as daunting as you may think.
It is probably worth down loading the bankruptcy forms so you can see what is asked of you and you will hopefully get a little bit of reassurance that you wont need to get the serial number off the back of your tv!!
I am sorry I cant help in other aspects but I know for certain that i am a better mum this side of my debts.BSC no.370 AD March 14

but you have work for the next 12 months. IF your circumstances change after that then things will be worked out accordingly.0
