I think new sign ups receive £2.50 payments twice a month. I signed up a year ago so get £5.

£19 for a BIN on eBay, hopefully get a few more of these today as the listing are ending tonight, fingers crossed!

Interesting, I know people signed up recently getting £5 once a month.

    It's all very strange! LOL

payments are supposed to be around the same time each month, give or take a few days.

I called up last week and complained to the guy who is dealing with it, sorry 2 weeks ago at 6pm! shows how late they work. they had technical problems so pyts were late. He said everybody should have been paid by last Friday for March, and April's pyt will be on time.

So call them and chase your money. You should receive a pyt of £5 why they are paying you 2 x £2.50 and underpaid Nat......

don't bother emailing as he has a backlog of emails and still not replied to mine over a month ago.

    Thanks Aesop,

The two lots of £2.50 were for the first month of sign up. The sign up info i had was £2.50 after x number days (can't remember number!); then further £2.50 once first full month completed with subsequent payments of £5.00 per month.

My first month was completed on 22nd Feb; so i thought i would get next payment 22nd March??? But obviously not :(

I emailed last Friday & got reply this morning saying -
Looking at our records you are due a payment, which would be made when this month payments are made. This month payment hasn’t been made yet but should be done soon.
The reason why this payment was not made last month was due to you qualifying for another payment after last month payments were made. So your payment would be made with this month payment.

Loving all the help on this thread.... need to get my bum & gear & join up!

    Debt-free and Proud!
Morning everyone:) You are all doing awesome, well done x. Thank you for the heads up about the free listings this weekend, I will see what I can put together.

I'm having a bit of a downer today, not sure why, I have just run out of steam. I think it probably comes down to not being able to spend anything. Doing something like this makes you realise just how much things cost.......when you spend all day making an item that sells for just £3, the thought of spending a tenner on something just seems so painful, although a couple of weeks ago, I would have done it without a thought.

I have so many things I want to do, decorate the house (it is a dump, we are doing it a little at a time as and when we can afford it, it's taking forever) we all need new clothes and I really want to buy fabric and patterns so I can give dressmaking a go.

But until at least the secured debts are gone, I can't allow myself to go spending and its making me really :(

Everything just seems a long way off right now, i'm sure I will feel better in a couple of days, getting the kids back to school next week will help :p

Sorry to hear you are feeling a bit blue - i think the whole focus on money and debts can do that sometimes, but the feeling of getting debts paid is a brilliant feeling so it does turn around :)

In the meantime i would suggest you do something that allows you a little spend - put £1 in a jar once a week and use that to treat your self to some fabric for example, or use one of your earning accounts for treats once you get to cash out. I think its important to be able to spend something on yourself when working on debts (its a bit like a diet - be too strict and you end up wanting MORE chocolate LOL!)

Thanks for the heads up on the free listing Aesop. I have a load of things I need to sell but not sure if eBay is the right place.

My mother has had to clear my grandfathers house and there is loads of china, ornaments and plates etc. some of them I think are quite valuable. I have been given the task of selling them but I have no idea where to start. If anyone could give me some advise on the best places to go with his sort of thing it would be most appreciated.

Also £7 to add from an eBay sale yesterday.

I would suggest you research the items on ebay to see if anything the same or similar is listed - you can then use the figures as guidance to sell on gumtree or facebook. This sort of stuff goes well at car boots too but sometimes thats a bit difficult with breakables etc. Good Luck with it all!

Okay..... i have no idea how to multi-quote, lol!

But thanks Nat, who replied while i was typing my last reply! When i signed up it was def £5 split for first month, then £5..... but completley agree as long as we get paid, who cares!

Aesop, if your payment is usually the 22nd then it does look like mine was due & that what they said in the email was accurate. Will give them few days then contact them again.

    to multiquote

first choose the quote you want to quote, then click on this icon

    multiquote_off.gif

then goto the second quote and click on this icon

    quote.gif

if you want to quote 3 or more, then you need to click on the orange balloon multiquote for each quote, and the last quote needs to be the one above, this makes them all quote in one reply.

Scarlet and chazsucks contact ebay on live help.

Scarlet the buyer in Germany should have known you are not allowed to.send cosmetics to germany.and shouldn't have bid. Tell ebay what has happened and that you are trying to cancel transaction so you can refund bidder.

Chazsucks - sorry you have learnt the hard way but never refund postage or pyt until you receive the item back in your hand and can check it. Never let someone bully you on ebay. Contact ebay and tell them what is happpening. Shame they wouldnt help you after the fact.

I emailed ebay and recieved a reply back today they have credited the final value fee on both items as a good will gesture. There was no charge for listing.:)
