Gawd not a good day - don't have anything good to say- feeling like a bit of a failure today = maybe I am just tired. Have something to do to save me money and just dreading doing it.
Does anyone else get paralysed doing stuff just because of the emotion it brings up? So hard to get over that one.Flying Donkeys- Do no harm to others and you will benefit in more ways than one.0 -
Haven't posted in a few days but have been lurking.
Made a couple of sales on ebay bout £11 in total. Not bad considering £7 of that came from some brand new shoes my Unlce found in the bin; some people, eh!0 -

What can i say? all the flipping time!!!! I have a major anxiety disorder so i get paralysed doing things that lots of people take for granted. My advice is to remind yourself you knew it was going to be difficult and that is ok, you are still able to do it. Try working on small steps and be as prepared as you can and it will seem easier. After all that its deep breath and go for it time - you will feel better for having got it over withgood luck xxx

Me too. I don't think anyone understands anxiety disorder unless they have suffered from it. Thanks for message. :think:Flying Donkeys- Do no harm to others and you will benefit in more ways than one.0 -

Very very true! Esp a lot of medical systems - how can i phone for an appointment when i'm too anxious to use the phone?? How can i attend an appointment when i can't leave the house??? and read your flipping notes before expecting me to turn up at 9am cos it takes me hours to manage to get myself there.......and these are the people who are supposed to understand! We manage eventually though, and you will manage to do what you need to for this step toobe gentle with yourself xxx

Got a couple of people coming to collect FB items tomorrow too, but will add that when I have it.
Must get some more stuff on FB, things seem to be selling on there much better than eBay for me at the mo. no fees or post office trips either! :-)0 -
