So this user is currently getting advice from pepipoo
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=77865
I can see now that parking eye have targeted this user as his real name is his username on here and pepipoo. Parking Eye are deliberately going for this despite the retailer asking them to cancel this. So the agents (PE) are going against the wishes of the people engaging them.
It's so important not to give to much info on fora when such companies troll the websites offering advice. By the way parking eye lurker, there is no chance in hell you'll win this one - idiots!!When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

We can't get on the case online to acknowledge receipt, ask for more time to file a defence etc. Apparently, the password/claim number is wrong, despite being able to view online on Wednesday.Ever feel like you take 2 steps forward and 8 back?

I would phone the court in the morning if I was you.
And I would go back to that manager and demand an explanation from them, also drop in a notice before action for a £1000 as I suggested earlier, make sure you send a copy to their head office, and CC in parking eye as they are equally as liable.
In regards to paying up, its not going to cost more if you lose, so why give this company your money now without a fight? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

It makes no difference at all, they will not win this, especially if they manage to get morrisons to play ball, for example a letter to the effect of we asked parking eye to stop on this ticket, but they refused. At the end of the day its not parking' eye's bloody car park, its morrisons! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. When I spoke to the manager last week he told me that there was record of me not paying before so they were going to take it forward. I asked for a copy of the emails so I could include them in my defence, but he denied me saying that
1 - they don't have access to external internet, which is !!!!!!!!, when I went in his office he had google open
2 - because there is business sensitive information in the email chain he couldn't release them under DPA.
I know the DPA so I told him that if I request notes that directly refer to me in any capacity, he is obliged to hand them over. He said he wasn't obliged to do any thing of the sort.
I've emailed the CEO as per one of the other threads on here explaining this whole situation and I've had nothing back at all. Maybe I didn't kick off enough of a stink in the original email...0 -
It makes no difference if there was a record of you not paying before. That has sod all to do with anything, parking eye are the agents of morrisons, they have an obligation to heed the requests of their the companies they work for.
And you can request information a company holds on you

Yeah, that's not what the manager at Morrisons believes. He told me that Parking Eye may run the car park on behalf of Morrisons, but they are their own company and don't have to heed any requests.
Methinks the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing0
