I was given 36 bantam eggs, so probably equivalent to 18 medium eggs. I need ideas for ways to use them up!

Tonight's tea was Broccoli and macaroni cheese. The sauce could have been thicker, but was nice all the same.
£2.88 spend in C*-*p on pizza for DD ( which she didn't like, as i didn't realise it had a salsa style topping) , and some milk. Hopefully NSD tomorrow.

Have started listing all the food in the house. I reckon if there was a Zombie Apocalypse we could last a good couple of months. Meal plan:

Tonight - soup and rolls lo from yesterday, cake also lo
Thursday - Baked potatoes with sour cream/chives and veggie sausages, salad
Friday -Rice with quorn and veg
Saturday - Pittas with houmous and falafel
    Sunday -veg roast

Anyone any ideas to use up cherry tomatoes?

I have spend to report at Mr S on 3 x 4pts milk, loaf of bread, Cathedral City cheddar (half-price) and Basics teabags (good buy) = £6.54.

Also, spend at Home B*rgains on kitchen towels, shoe polish, delicates laundry liquid, bleach, carpet shampoo (I'm spring cleaning), tissues and sterilising tabs = £7.48.

Finally, some Tyrozets for medicine cabinet although DS sore throat got better overnight anyway :) = £3.09.

Total £17.11. Will update signature. I am having a busy, busy week, daren't sit down for too long, feel like I would be asleep in two ticks if I do!

    Night all x

    Keep Smiling :)

Sig updated. Small spend in Mr T and £24 .95 in Lidl. On target this month. Besides the moneysaving the best thing to come out of the GC is that I am enjoying cooking from scratch again instead of seeing it as a chore.
My secret fantasy is having 2 men....
    1 cooking and 1 cleaning.
