Thanks BeckyC2be it was fab. I did a different recipe at first which i started off in the slow cooker, which was horrible; and then came to the realisation that i had just treated myself to the Taste of Asia SW book, so managed to salvage the chicken and do a new batch of sauce in next to no time.
I can pm the recipe to you if you'd like it!?

could you pm me the recipe please

Oh that looks amazing! OH used to make Szechuan pork all the time when we moved in together (pork belly for him and his brother, just veg for me) because it was his favourite thing when we went to China on our first holiday - he's not made it for years! Now I eat meat I'm definitely going to get some pork and the spices so he can make it again :D

EDIT don't pm the recipe, post it on here so we can all use it/put it in the index lol :)

I am so used to SW groups on Facebook not allowing you to openly share the recipes out of their books etc, that i forget this isn't there. I will do :)

It's my all time favourite from the takeaway and if i had known it was so easy to do, then i'd have tried it years ago. The recipe in the book uses sea bass, but i only wanted the sauce. I might try it with just plain white fish though. Turn something plain into something fancy :)

Finally sorted my Photobucket, so i can share photos now like Bluegreen and Florence ...hope that's ok.

Another one who would love the recipe.
If you join Photobucket do your pictures also go on facebook or other sites or can you just get them on here and no where else. If so could someone please email me what to do as would consider putting some photos on now and then but not that keen on them going on F/B or for loads to see.

NSD again today but think it will come to an end tomorrow.
