The previous Tel code was still showing on my account this morning.Replaced it with the new one, submit,then the page refreshes with the new code showing now.Don't think there was a congratulations or any other message to say it had been accepted last time either.

At least spending the voucher on RSH is a piece of cake compared to getting one in the first place!!!!

Just a reminder for existing RSH account holders to check expiry dates on unused e-vouchers from previous offers. I have £10 that I still need to use by the end of this month - can't remember which promo it was from but I'm guessing that there's probably more of us that took part in the same promo and still need to use up this short-dated voucher we've been saving up, before it's wasted.

That's how it works - not very user friendly. Check your account or your emails in the next 2 or 3 days to see if you were one of the lucky 30,000.

Click on personal details enter code in the box and click update. This loads the code in your details and you may or may not get the code within 72 hours. You do not get an immediate acknowledgement that the code has worked. Best of luck

Im sure I had a voucher from the last promotion, the student beans one I think, but I cant find it anywhere on my account, and tips? Hope its me being stupid!

I think it is probably the Facebook "like" codes which ends 31/3/2013. Some other telegraph offer codes should have ended 31/12/2012 but were loaded with 31/12/2020 expiry. Tesco vouchers are added to any account with the same e-mail automatically and only have a 6 month validity. Refund vouchers are added with 12month validity.

I just found mine in my hotmail a/c-don't think it is on RSH anywhere. Hoping if i get this one I can use the 2 together?

They were not added to the account an e-mail with a voucherr code was sent out and this code then had to be manually loaded to your RSH account. I think these codes expire 31/3/12 so hopefully you still have the e-mail.

With The last Telegraph offer you didn't get an acknowledgement either it just refreshed the personal page and the code took around 2 days to be added to your account. Don't worry! Add the code and wait. :j
