Just lost my credit from the student money saver. It says expiry today but when I called RSH was advised it expired early this morning. So make sure you book your train tickets from this promotion by 31/12/13.0

I've just had the same problem, I have emailed though as it doesn't say anywhere that the voucher expires in the early hours of the 31st March, so it's a bit misleading :-(0 -

I've just had exactly the same problem and have lost £20. I've emailed them, fingers crossed they will do the decent thing and will honour the vouchers as it is still 31st March!0 -

According to their facebook page they are not........they are saying they expired at 00:01 on 31/03/2013................0 -
I also emailed them too. That's really disappointing and even on the 31st March, they were still showing up in the account area with the actual money showing as valid. I took a screen shot of it. There was nothing that mentioned it needs to be used by 00:01 and who could actually book a ticket after midnight in 1 minute anyway.
I used to really like RSH but their customer service is just truly appalling.
They really should honour it by giving even at least a week's extension.0
