I've tried searching me emails and nothing comes up, can you remember any info I can use to search please :-) Hoping to book.train tickets to Manchester with it, I really should be more organized!monkeyspanner wrote: »They were not added to the account an e-mail with a voucherr code was sent out and this code then had to be manually loaded to your RSH account. I think these codes expire 31/3/12 so hopefully you still have the e-mail.0 -

When you click update if it seems like nothing has happened, click it again and if you watch the screen very closely you will see it refresh , I just kept clicking update until I saw it had updated. The screen moves ever so slightly!0

Thanks a lot both posters!

My £10 one from a previous offer expires next week, so used it to book travel in May.
Entered this one but not sure if I'm too late. Will wait and see.
For people asking for expiry, clubcard used to be 2020 (although more recent ones have been 6 months). These type of promotions are normally only 6 months, so I'd expect it to expire around the end of September.
You can normally book travel (depending on the route) about 3 months (12 weeks) in advance - so if you add it to a diary to login towards the expiry date you should be able to get xmas (and possibly new year) travel sorted - just make sure you double check the expiry date once it's been added to your account to ensure you purchase the tickets in time!0 -

I often find that virgintrains website is cheaper than RSH. web only off peak tickets are available on virgin, that RSH don't sell.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. It's a good point you make - the South West Trains website will also offer the tickets you describe so I'd guess any trainline-powered website would also be OK (just not ATOS powered ones of which there are now many of).
East Midlands Trains also offered £1 off (or at least used to, not sure if it's still the case) their advance tickets via their website.
General rule of thumb would be to visit the website of the train operating company you will be using first.0
