Oh I thought it was automatically given to the first 30,000 hence the confusion. So we just have to wait to see if we are successful then?0

Wow, lots of confusion here... enter the code from the newspaper on your 'Personal Details' page. Then wait... check your account later in the week to see if you were lucky!
This is exactly right.....you just have to keep your fingers crossed, it's a nice bonus if you get it, but don't count on it, wait and see

Yes - the offer does say 'You will then be contacted by the redspottedhanky.com team via email confirming your voucher availability. Please note: confirmation and allocation of voucher to accounts can take up to 72 hours.'¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -

Existing customers will need to log in and enter the code on the PERSONAL DETAILS page within the MY ACCOUNT area and CLICK UPDATE
You will then be contacted by the redspottedhanky.com team via email confirming your voucher availability.
Please note: confirmation and allocation of voucher to accounts can take up to 72 hours
It's just a case of entering the code then hoping for the best :-D0 -
To enter code you have to click personal details and enter there. I have tried several times but no message - just screen refreshed so will just have to wait and see!0

I've done it before this way, if the code is still there next time you login it has saved it. The page doesn't tell you it's loaded it or anything but if it's there it has. Then the voucher generally shows up in e voucher details so panic not peeps, it should have registered x0

Fear not, it won't! It's not the most user friendly of promotions

Its very odd but it seems to work without confirming anything. I guess we just have to wait 72 hours to double check it has worked!0

I think from memory it took about 6 hours last time to get mine, so maybe not the whole 72
