The box for the code is in Your Account, personal details it says Sunday Telegraph offer.
However I have also entered the code and it just returns to the screen!0 -

Wow, lots of confusion here... enter the code from the newspaper on your 'Personal Details' page. Then wait... check your account later in the week to see if you were lucky!0
