Does this include money on bills and groceries that are already budgetted for or is this like a "personal spend" on top?
If its for everything I would like to put down £215 (rent, groceries, water, tv licence, bill repayments etc)
If its just a "personal spend" on top of the budgeted bills id like to put down £5.Been there, done that and Ebay'd the t shirt. :beer:0 -

It's up to you.
I keep my bills separate, and then the money that I use in this challenge is set aside for non-budgeted spend like treats and extras from the supermarket.
Some people do it with everything included.0 -
Thank you for clearing that up. It's the first time I've taken part in any challenges.
Please put me down for £5.

Been AWOL for a while due to work, illness etc. but I'm back now and with more money a week leftover than I initially planned for :j
So can I be put down for £28.00 a week for the foreseeable future please. I don't expect to spend that much but that is my top end budget.

Welcome along to the newbies, and welcome back to everyone else.
Well I have managed to scrape together £40 for my budget. However £20 is for petrol and £20 for spends and supposed to be going for tea on Tuesday.
Now I have just had to buy sawdust, dry food and some treats for bunny = £16.26 Ooops. That leaves me £3.74 for the rest of the week including tea. That just isn't going to happen. So I'm am going to be red this week and it is only day 1 of the challenge.
Oh well payday on weds.
SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
Absolutely shocking start to my £30 limit for the week.
I needed some groceries and toiletries as did my partner (who has just started a new job and has to wait over a month for payday) so I spent:-
£6.13 in B&M,
£7.81 in Tesco,
I then realised I hadn't done any washing this week so I had no clean underway... Hence a further £5 for a pack of 5 knickers from Morrisons and then £10.00 on petrol which I'm hopeful will last me until next Saturday.
£28.94 / £30.00
Definitely going to be struggling but I'm going to head to ASDA Monday night for reduced to clear vege (bought 2 x broccoli, cabbage, 2 x Spring Greens and Curly Kale for £0.60)... I have 3 bunnies of my own and a foster bunny.
I CAN do this.
