SHock absorbers are best IMHO, I always wait til the sales are on and get them from Debenhams. WHatever you do wear a sports bra when exercising, look after your body!

Triumph sports bras with velcro at the shoulders are excellent, and fit a 38G whereas shock absorbers just don't go up to those kinds of levels.

Wearing a crop top or tight top over the top of the bra also helps keep them in place.

fwiw the BEST sports bra ever is the one the Sahara runners use- can't remember the name of it- it feels very wierd, fastens at the front but no boobies can be harmed/stretched once it's on!

ah,but that's because there's less to hit your ribcage with:rotfl:

There is a much wider range available for 34C's .not just in sports bras, though, that's why us melonbearers moan so much.....:p
