I have just started going to the gym, to assist my weight loss, can anybody recommend a good sports bra, I haven't got much but don't want what I have got to end up by my knees!!!

Shock Absorbers are the most highly recommended. They don't give you the best shape, but they do keep things in place! x
    Gone ... or have I?

I brought a Marks and Spencers high impact bra for £12. Went running in it yesterday and didn't even notice they were there. IYSWIM. :D

I am a runner and have lost lots of weight. I have to say that I swear by shock absorbers no matter what size boobs you are...tried others and they don't come near!

I simply wear two of my good fitting bras one on top of the other and it stops the wobble effect on my DDs when training and saves on sports bras.

I used to be an Aerobic Instructor and I always used Shock Absorbers. In TK Max recently some of them were as low as £4.99.
