    Yes, shock absorbers are good, but feel like wearing scaffolding :D I currently like the £4 ones form Primark. Perfectly adequate, and cheap to replace once the elastic goes a bit saggy.

    I'm a 38E and get mine from M&S - firm hold one of course. I still struggle on the running machine but I'm hoping they will shrink as I lose weight. I nice 34D would keep me happy!

    I am so naive...I just thought you wanted a picture of the weight loss....am blushing now!!!

    I actually bought a cheap reebok one today and la gear, both just £5 each, I am planning on going a few times a week so I will need quite a few, I think I will buy a shock absorber from ebay, so much cheaper!!!
