    I like your style!! I have had this discussion with my sister. When our parents, who have put us both through uni are old and fragile dad is going to live with my sis and mum will be my responsibility.

    Just for once instead of taking the Mickey please be serious. As I see it I have a 6-10k duty to my parents to secure lifestyle in their old age.

    Most people are lucky in that when they are in their 20s their parents are still working and are not depending on their child to keep them in a decent standard of living.

    It is about having a duty to your parents to keep them in a decent lifestyle in their old age.
