Just do what you normaly do but pay bit more attention to Hygene
Clean the loo they will be using, new towel and loo roll with spare.
Tidy the kitchen and dining table if feeding.

Well I agree with most of the previous replies, bathrooms and kitchen. But the best way I've found is if in you're in the mood to have a good clean and declutter is to tackle one room a day. Stick the radio/computer/mp3 player on, then set a timer on, try half an hour for starters and you'll be amazed at how much you can get through in that time. Cleaning moods aside, friends won't be too bothered about clutter and mess or a bit of dust, it's dirt that offends people, you know yourself. Don't stress, I can get really stuck into housework if I'm listening to something, like audio books on youtube, or motivational talks. Good luck and enjoy their company
