Thanks but at the moment I simply can not afford that, neither can she.

Can someone let me what tags should be placed in the webside code? Like a list of tags?

It is lovely, boutique style, pet friendly B&B in Windermere, Cumbria, Lake Districts so what "tags" should be there to help make it show up in Google?

    :(

I'm not meaning to be rude but do you think it's appropriate to ask strangers to tile your roof for free if you buy the tiles? Or to paint your kitchen if you'll supply the paint? Because you're essentially asking someone to use their experience and skills for you (in this case, your daughter) to make money.

It costs money for a reason. So if you want the benefit of it, then you either pay for it, or learn to do it yourself.

I think it is a bit rude to be honest - people ask for all kind of advice, this is what forums are for. And perhaps especially on MSE forums.

I really think your post is pretty rude.

Nobody forces you to answer if you do not wish to help.

You're not asking for advice - you're asking for professionals to work for free for your (daughter's) monetary benefit. That's outrageous.

Can people who look for pet friendly accommodation when wanting to go someone tell me please what search terms do you use?

What I can think of are "pet friendly", "dog friendly", "B&B", "Lake District", "Cumbria", "Windermere", "holidays with dogs", "short brake with dogs", "weekend with dogs"

    Anything else?

    How do YOU search please?

    brilliant

just run a search on what I typed in my post above and my daughter's place comes up a lot - as part of the websites we advertised on, it is her own website that does not come up...

will contact the "friend" who done the website and speak to him.. also about correcting all the spelling mistakes on the website.. sigh...

thanks a million for that, really appreciated

Oh dear - just looked at source on my daughter's front page - there is not a single key word, none at all.....whoever done that page obviously did not have an idea about functionality or lack of it as far as search engines are concerned

Neither did I till now so thanks again Ljonski
