What should I do?

Hope someone can help.. I purchased some furniture from a well known high st carpet/furniture shop in October.. 2 items were on order for deliver before Xmas which arrived in time but one piece had been ordered in the wrong colour.. We kept this and the company gave us back £100. The other item was on order 12/14 weeks.. This is now week 21!! What can I do?
What should I say when I phone them?
Do I have any right to cancel now?

Thanks in advance!

Not if you haven't spoken to them in the intervening time. Chase them up and see what they are saying, you can then discuss cancelling if they don't give you a firm date.

If the stuff is coming from the Far East the container could be held up in Rotterdam or anywhere for that matter.

I have spoken to them a couple of times last being back in feb and they said "middle of march" also fobbed me off by saying its an extra 2 weeks due to Xmas & new year...

Not that I wish to make excuses for the company but I work in shipping and there have been a load of vessel delays. Not your problem of course but perhaps their hands are tied.
