my brother got married 3 years ago and my invite was a plus 1 and I took my best friend, you dont need to take someone of oppersite sex, take your best mate, who knows there may be 2 single bridesmaids for you

How old are you and where abouts is the wedding? I'll do it just for the sheer hell of it. But I think I might be too old. I get on with everyone and will talk to anyone. I've gatecrashed weddings before where I didn't know ANYONE and no-one sussed. I'm in the same situation as you, but my family have given up any idea of me ever turning up with a bloke. I don't even get a plus one these days! I feel your pain! I'll consider helping you out. How old are you? (and no sex either!)

Yes. That's what single people do and it's OK to be single!! If you get the inevitable "are you seeing anyone?" just a smile and a "there's no-one special at the moment" is quite sufficient.

will u be invited on the stag night? have a lap dance and have a quiet word with one of the dancers see if they would come with you? i dont see why its a big deal to go alone though, my brother went alone to all our weddings and coped, sure you would too
