Nobody's ever said "I ordered spaghetti and only got one piece", therefore that must be the plural
Almost exactly right, and by perfect logic.
Dh gets cross about panini. You don't have a panini. I pointed out that in Milan my experience was you just had a 'sandweech' with a bad Italian accent.0 -
I like big watches, I generally like oversized things. That's not meant to sound as rude as it does. I can,t help writing things that sound rude sometimes.
Edit.....but I have just got some rudeness out of my life, doozer dog has just gone home with a dog toy we called the dildo, because he loved it so much. (Ouch, no, I didn't mean that either, the impostantpce of syntax......he took it home because he loved it, we called it the dildo because it had an unfortunate phallic appearance , it came from a bargain bin at pets at home dog toy shop. I don't know what doozers will rename it.0 -

Tie pin - £40, and only silver plated!
Let's face it, from scratch it's not rocket science, just time/finishing.0 -

but none of those are actually left handed watches because you can't wear them on your right wrist because the stupid windy thing digs into your hand when you bend your wrist.0 -

i don't think it's actually true it's one of those urban myths.0 -
Well, one would think so ... except that he clearly prefers when things aren't tidied up, and he'd rather wash his own passport, and I remember the collective NP surprise ages ago when lir suggested he spend his weekend having lots of sex and he said he'd rather not. Don't know about the cooking, though, and of course it's possible that she thinks he's marvellous.
nah she thinks i'm an idiot as well.0 -
Jewellery...
Depends really on the man I think. Bit of hippy beading on a sexy long haired grubster is fine by me, my clean men I like watch, cuff links etc...no medallion men or signet rings. But I don't mind occasion wear sort of stuff. I also don't like charity wrist bands. At all. Just personal taste. I have the feeling they must smell quite sweaty underneath them at times.
When I die DH is going to have me made into diamons and hopefully made into dress studs and cuff links so he can take me out in the evening with him.. Hope his next wife won't mind!

Just like 'normal' watches do if worn on the left hand?0 -
I don't know which wrist I'd wear a watch on... sitting here trying to work it out.0

On, I wear mine on either, because I am an annoying either hand person.
Being an annoying either hand person who always insisted on mounting horses from both sides it staggers me that on the times I have 'after' I have only been able to coordinated from the left side (which is the 'correct side') but its 'wrong' to do it that way every time. :rotfl:
Otherwise, things like watches, it depends which watch and what I am wearing.....obviously!0
