    As missk says you need to open a free dropbox account. You download software- runs on mac, windows linux and smartphones. If you don't download the software you can still access your account using a browser to visit their website. You may have to download the software though to access a shared folder, not really sure.
    It's an amazing software but sugarsync do a similar free service with 5Gb free instead of 2Gb. Use the link I've given as the free version is really, really well hidden on their website.:D
