    Good luck Masomnia.

Internships are a bit of an irritant to me; if someone's working for you, you pay them. If they don't have much experience, you pay them less, but still pay them - and I say that as an employer.

Thanks, yeah ideally I would be paid, but I'm getting a bit desperate I suppose.

Apologies to those I didn't manage to contact in time and thanks to those that showed up, especially those that had to travel quite a distance.:)
To my relief everybody turned out to be nice in real life, or at least managed to fake it well enough for one enjoyable evening!:D

I know and I think it's great that you are prepared to do it. I hope it works out and they recognise your brilliance by offering you a job and a decent pay packet!

Who came from the furthest? Who had the longest journey? (The two not necessarily being the same).

That doesn't count. He is local at the moment, he didn't come "for" the event, everybody else did.

I'm sure you don't embarrass your self GDb. We're all friends after all. FC is amazing isn't she? Was her husband there? He's lovely too! Nice people i have met really are pretty fab.

    Thanks, LIR. :)

Yes, FC is truly amazing. She swims 50 lengths of the pool, four times a week! Sadly, no partners were in evidence.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
