Yesterday dh stood behind me while I was cutting the grass, I picked up a stone or something in the blade and it shot like a bullet in his arm.
This is, and should be a cautionary tale.
I was just noticing his tennis ball size swelling and remarking on the bruise forming and dh, in his sincerity and childlike ness said ' its fabulous because I've never been shot before'. His approach and determination to see the positive and exciting is tremendous, he also doesn't want me to feel guilty (I felt bad yesterday). My family joke his catchphrase is ' that's amazing!' Ad he genuinely feels like that. He's so awesome.

Any other NPs ever been inside one/lived in one? What did you think of them?
I knew a girl who lived in one
I've been inside 2-3 staged ones. The Museum of Welsh Life has some: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=%22museum%20of%20welsh%20life%20prefab%22&psj=1&bav=on.2,or.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.47534661,d.ZWU&biw=1172&bih=537&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=Nti0Ua2KAaS47AaixIGAAg#um=1&hl=en&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=%22museum+of+welsh+life+prefab%22&oq=%22museum+of+welsh+life+prefab%22&gs_l=img.3...2814.2814.2.3748.1.1.0.0.0.0.205.205.2-1.1.0...0.0...1c.1.16.img.visX51o-bYE&bav=on.2,or.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.47534661,d.ZG4&fp=8221451c96e9d25&biw=1172&bih=5370 -

Ahhh - bless. What is he going to go about the stone/ whatever it is? Is it still in there?
Dinner chez Nikkster: turkey stir fry (aka all of the vegetables lurking in the fridge, no rice or noodles so suitable for fast days) which included chard. I've never cooked chard before, but it was too cheap to turn down. I've got three more portions boxed up for meals during the week, so its a good job it turned out ok!0 -
When I was a kid I used to vist my cousins down south.
The ones in London lived in a basement flat and had to walk to a cold dark outside shared toilet at night. As did I .
Hated it.

How sad. One of my fave authors, Iain Banks has passed away. He wrote such optimistic books. Everybody would be better off if they read at least some of them. Religious or not, God bless him. What a fantastic contributor to modern life. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0

Those maverick tomatoes sprouting from the compost in all sorts of other pots have been "weeded" out into their own pots. I'm going to see/hope they strike out on their own.
As a result, I now have an additional 74 tomato plants! It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0
