Just heard the news about Alex Ferguson retiring.
It's so refreshing to see a story of a man in his seventies, in the news, that doesn't involve child abuse. (A. Dean)
This will be heavily edited shortly, so please don't quote💙💛 💔0 -
Watching Bennie's double your house for half the money .... the people have big houses, gardens, budget to start with.
Both are spending £150k tonight on their extensions...... Do you think she could double the size of a house I buy with £3k?
Tonight's houses start off valued at £400k and £675k.0 -

No I didn't. Are they on to me?
I might be looking at a horse on Sunday. Dh is keen to get a horse ASAP, frankly, just showing how tables turn, I am not sure I want one any more. It doesn't help that he wants horses that look very like special girl0 -
What an amazing day! Official photos can be found here.
I've got a 2nd rehearsal with Adolf Fredricks Musikklasser tomorrow, which is like the Swedish equivalent of BRIT in Croydon. They're the politest kids I've ever worked with, plus the standard 9 country slots.
We're still in debate on how to present the winning song from last year, but apart from that, it's running like clockwork!
I can also confirm that we've chosen National Palace of the Arts in Kiev to host the Junior this year.
For LIR, and anyone else that may be interested, you can follow us on the official app, details of which can be found here.
What are your favorites so far? I'll give my verdict on Sunday, when we've heard the first rehearsals of all countries

Female here. You mean soft top doesn't equal convertible? Oops.
He is looking at the Merc E class convertible. Is that soft top or hard top? All I know is that you press a button and the roof disappears into the boot.
Soft tops - material style folding roof. Used to be manual, but mechanical folding roofs/rooves (in case generali/NDG are about...) have become more popular.
In recent years, hard top converstables have come onto the market for example:It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

My Lexus was tin top, and that was a 2002 car. The only reason I didn't keep it was because it had more than 400k on it, and the only reason I didn't get another one, was because they were impossible to LPG convert (shape of the boot), but overall, it was a good car, and coped well with 2 young kids.
The E class is one of the nicer convertibles at the moment, however again, impractical for me at this time (as I've changed jobs, kids are growing, I can't get away with a car like that now), and I'm thinking that unfortunately, my next car will be another 7 seater, as mine are getting to the age where they'll want friends running around. Maybe a Discovery (as I want to go caravanning again) or a Toyota Vellfire (which is gorgeous, but will have to be imported).

I've got a thing from the £1 shop, which cost £1 obviously, that's a tube of material with a draw string at one end, that can be worn round your neck, or (do the drawsting up) as a hat, like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Unisex-Soft-Fleece-Animal-Leopard-Print-Neck-Warmer-Scarf-Beanie-Hat-Snood-/160904155539 - love it, used it all the time through winter And, years ago, as a kid, I had some bobble hats knitted by mum. But never a hat.
In my younger days, I had a wedding hat (it was the time when everyone seemed to be getting married), goodness knows where it is now but I know I paid a pretty penny for it.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

My concern is how easily will the 4 of us fit in, but then again we don't travel with all 4 of us very often, but then again when there are 4 of us it can be for long journeys. Decisions. Need to test drive in hot weather and with all of us.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
