I've been productive this morning...have re decorated my crutch. It's gone from being white organza and burgundy ribbon, to dark purple organza with a thin strip of black organza in a candy stripe design.

Cost me £3 including the glue and looks pretty blooming good.
Micheals got there 1st :) but good job your typing isn't to my standard as an O instead of the U makes it read differently

A South African doctor friend of ours immigrated here about 20 years ago, and he had loads of dental work done there before he came over. Very MSE, although I am not convinced that I would let myself in for dental work before strictly necessary.
I had no idea you could do dental work in advance....like have a tooth filled before it needs it so that when it does decay the filling is already in situ?
You asked about OH's new job the other night and I was going to answer and did prep the quote then laptop crashed...

He has always been into building/DIY etc and did his carpentry qualifications back in 2002. Basically, he has always wanted to do renovations but on his own properties. It's nothing new or ground breaking (quite the opposite :)) but getting the 1st one done will the hardest then we'll take it from there.

I would like one done up as a showcase to an interiors range that I would like to do one day (but not for a while...it's the emrgency plan) .

It would have sounded more like a 'vajazzle' that a dye-job if that had been the case :D

The rather stupid catering company at a large hospital had a series of posters advertising their offering. One of which promoted "Vegazzle".

Don't mind admitting I have never been 'vajazzled' it looks like it would be itchy and uncomfortable. :o

    Where have you seen it?

I have no idea what it looks like, where it goes, what it is and how it stays put.

I am thinking stick on plastic jewels or sequins (but I am non too sure where):o

On the home page is a rather fetching butterfly design that I decided was probably best not to link direct to

And just back in the door from Englandshire....

    Drive.

    Park.

    Wait.

    Fly.

    Hire car.

    Drive.

    Meeting.

    Eyes glaze over.

    Try not to yawn.

    Pretend to be interested.

    Politely say goodbye.

    Drive.

    Sit in traffic.

    Drive some more.

    Sit in more traffic.

    Drive.

    Return Car.

    Wait.

    Fly.

    Drive home.

    ..... Truly, a hand-bitingly dull day.

(Note to self. Really must try harder to avoid going to Englandshire in future.)
Sounds like you visited the part of Englandshire I live in. It ain't that bad. Except for the traffic and prices. :D

Eye contact is often a bonus! :o

I'm fine thanks lir :) Enjoying seeing the sun again! There are a couple of niggles (lack of houses coming up for sale, and a feeling that prices will be higher when they do appear; my continuing inability to write a thesis), but other than that things are fine.
Almost been in job for 6 months, time has flown!

    How are you?

Ok, so people misread my crutch for something else....and I misread the niggles on this post and thought it said nipples!

What the blooming hell is vajazzle?
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
