i considered solar panels but i dont think the council would like me very much plus appaerenly my roof is facing the wrong way.

well today i havea found about a half of a room of space lol. my desk sideboard and table is now in the "dining room" so my living room now looks huge.
a little bit disapointed in myself, i seem to have slowed down in the getting rid of the un needed items. i have been looking for places to put things rather than trying to make the decision of weather i need/want it or not.

on top of that i went and done a really stupid thing last night, i have a hormonal imbalance, and due to that i get hair growing in places only men normally get it, one of them my back, been asking my husband for ages now to help with my back, and last night due to the decent ish wether we been having and me beeing busy i been wearing a vest top not something i would wear usually when my back needs doing cos if i ended up with visitors, it would be visual to them, and i feel embarressed, last night i tried to shave it myslf but couldnt get the andle of the blade right so nothing was coming off, so got an old piece of dowling and spread some removal cream on with that. i think even tho i have used it before with no problems, maybe a slight bit of redness to my face, either i still had some folliclieitis that didnt agree with it, or i left it on longer than i thought so i now have a nice big red scabby patch on my back that fels like i have a very bad patch of sunburn. spose that eill teach me for getting impatient for waiting about 2 months for my husband to do it for me lol.

witting here now wondering if theres anything else i can done get tonight, or how to temporarily re arrange my furniture to take up some of the empty space that i now got.

I'd come do it for you! Anirtak! .. Can you not have electrolysis or waxing? Those thin hair growth and often kill off the follicles so the hair no longer grows.. shaving just makes the hair appear thicker and more coarse which can't be pleasant. My girls are quite hairy, tummy and back, between the shoulder blades and up to the neck.. ones waxes and ones just bleaches the hair.. you do what you need to do but don't be embarrassed, it is hair! it isn't like you can will it to drop out.. anyway.. if you want to pop round to mine, I'll help out if it makes you feel better about yourself.. I'd suggest bed and start afresh in the morning. :)

you need South or West facing roof space for panels so they are suitable for most properties... Mine is south facing with a double extension with west facing roof so could fit 2 lots of panels :) .. just need to sell a lung ;)

Bed time for me.. I'm 1.5 squares closer to finishing the blanket for Moomins teacher.. I'm not sure I've mentioned but her teacher is pregnant and I am knitting a blanket for her baby as a thank you, she has invested 2 hours after school every week since September to boost my girls skills in both literacy and numeracy. She has given her extra assistance and support with both physical and academic issues so I am investing time in her child as she has done mine by way of thanks. :) Pics will be added of course!.. it counts as decluttering knitting up yarn and giving it away.

I managed to tackle one bad corner in the kitchen, eliminated moth evidence, scrubbed everything and put the cleaned tins back. My kitchen seems to get so m uch dirtier than other people's , maybe because I use it ??

hi pigpen, thank you for the offer.
and ive considered waxing etc, i do some of it myself at home, get the strips from hb, but the costs add up for everywhere i need to do, back, shoulders, top of arms, chest stomach, plus all the usual places. on the odd occasion where my depression plays up badly and i leave it all i actually got more hair growth than my husband, good job he says it doesnt bother him. but he ownt help with the wax strips, as he did with my legs the once and as anyone knows that has waxing on the odd occasions when theres a stubborn one first couple of times you cab get a folicle that will bleed, and that happened the first time he helped with back of legs and has refused to help since. i used ot get it done for free when i was in college as i was a student, so learnt how to do it, but it is slightly harder on yourself, only do my face when i can pluck up the courage to rip the strips off myself, but as long as i dont leave it too much it barely hurts any more. apart from the upper lip, sometimes that still stings. but then i dont need to do it as often. so its not really used to it. ive tried epilators, but i think they are the same as waxing, i just fine it hurts more, probably cos waxing is over quicker lol bigger areas done.
i did get laser treatment on nhs for my face as the hair is down to a medical problem, but i was only allowed for my face to get done,so the hair isnt as course there, so only use the cream or wax strips when i need that doing, im just very self conciouse of it when i go out.
but i checked their price list, and well if i hadnt have been sitting i would have probably fallen lol, things like £50 per upper arm, £50 per lower arm, £80 i think it was for full beard, £50 chest, £100 stomach £100 back. etc
and i dont know if there is anywhere local i can go for waxing that would be affordable for me witht he amount i would need.

been looking around this afternoonand i dont think theres much more i can do for "dining room" now dont want to put too much in there, so now i just got to figure out whats going where in my living room for now until i can get the paint. the fish tank is kinda proving a problem, due to its size and heavyness has to me moved a couple of times, try to just pull it out slightly so i can paint, then has to be taken out of the room completely when i saved enough for carpet, then moved back in when everything done, but as i dont know how long its going to take to save i dont know when im going to get everything finished.

Have to laugh, managed to get some more clothes that are too small out of DSS's into OH's car boot and his ex is going to give them to a friend of hers with a smaller little boy and guess what........ Two weeks later they're still in the car boot.

Anir.. who gave you those costs?? The lady that does my nails and waxing doesn't charge more than £25 per body part!! Have you asked at the local college?? Their treatments are so much less.

I've been away for a day trip and a weekend break.

Today I got my 'home head' on and got rid of three carrier bags to the CS, batteries and plastic bags to the supermarket, dropped off some old tubes and inhalers to be destroyed at the pharmacy, picked up a parcel from the Post Office, did the shopping and I've still got a load of laundry to do.

I've still got a load of sewing and tidying to do. Got to go.....
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

room 2 completed i think, dont think theres anything else except sell the drop leaf table in the cupboard and maybe replace with a bearue

oh and before i forget to ask again,
jigsaw puzzles, i have 4 that i put together a few years ago that i glued once finished with the intention of framing them. but ive not been able to afford the frames, but that is still intentially the plan, or should i just abandon that idea.
not sure what to do. maybe i can hint at my husband getting one framed for me every year for the next 4 for my birthday lol :D

I have got rid of some things that I was going to 'do' something with. Now that I am rid of them, I don't regret it and it is a relief to not have it hanging around any more.

I think I must have met one of this threads' families today at the seaside. DD was playing on the sand and a family who were leaving gave her their bucket and spade and toys. Then another little girl came up and played with DD and all the toys so a very happy afternoon was had by all.

I got reams of paperwork signed and sent back to school for the children, and something else in the post that I thought we had lost long ago.
