I'm still ploughing through business-related stuff, but at least you can see actual table between the piles. DH is having to do his bit and is very reluctant. Once he sits down, he will quite enjoy it and it will be a relief to have it done. But if he doesn't sit down soon, I may have to throttle him, lol.
Good work kayester. It was today's post that has prompted me to get going again.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
10 big envelopes of stuff out of the house. That feels so fantastic.
Now I just have to decide what tasks to do when this afternoon; maybe unpacking.
Photo-presents are all ready and wrapped up too. I am pleased about that because that needed DH to sort out and he was getting annoyed with my 'nagging'.
2 boxes to unpack. That's quite a nice job, shall I do that now. Yes, I could probably do it in the time that I would otherwise spend scheduling it into my day.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Delurking before disappear under a rising tide of carp. So impressed with all the progress going on, and plies of stuff being heaved. Two more carrier bags of wool brought home (by me)nearly tipped me over the edge. I can't say no but I struggled to find somewhere to put it.
My table is covered in a permanent tablecloth of carp which I can't seem to clear - I need to call the road people and try and cancel me membership, 3 weeks
Tin of Christmas gift making stuff, untouched, large bag of lavender still hidden in wardrobe to make gifts with, and this is November. Can't keep hiding stuff in the loft, but stuff is still incomingbut need to get Christmas presents ordered and have them stacked up.
Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Housework is bare minimum and currently knitting a scarf to try and use one ball of wool up.
Trying to exercise to keep black dog away and need time to chill and calm down, and OH v. unhappy at work.
Dehoarded some paerwork at work, but found that I hoard carp in my handbag and in the car - it's everywhere.

Keep at it guinea pig girl if you lived closer you could have used some of that wool to knit me a new hat scarf and gloves.....i neeeeed some fast with it getting colder for the school run!!
I have been keeping at my housework and slowly sorting through drawers, and the attic is now starting to look more like a playroom, which is what i want, a few more days up there and it SHOULD be done.....off to do a bit now while it is on my mind216/2018 (make ££ in 2018)

I am doing a food hamper for one of my families. That was ready a while ago, but I just had a bright idea. We've now been through our own food cupboards, checking dates too of course, and seeing if there is anything that we normally use but haven't for whatever reason. This has given us about 7 more items to add to the hamper, and it is lovely stuff too.
Got a very bitty bobby day day today but house will hopefully be great when all the tasks are done and we are not yet at the point of snapping each other's heads off.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Cleared a bag of junk from the kitchen and took 3 old quilts to the tip, plus 2 pieces of wood from next to the bins.
Sorted pile of Christmas present sewing out and am starting that in a minute, all made from my stash so big space when its all wrapped and cost nothing.
After keeping a list of in and out stuff to the cs had a bit of a fail when they had 2 boxes of embroidery thread at £6.99 including aida and a hoop but as it would have cost over £100 and I was running out of threads which I use for my charity work decided it was ok. Thats the problem sorting out useful stuff which will be used and just hoarding. I use vast amounts of wool, fabric, felt and other crafty stuff continually but need a balance.Clearing the junk to travel light
Saving every single penny.

Am partway through reorganising the kitchen cupboards. It wasn't on my original list for today and there is still loads to do on my list.
Have a bag of part-used stuff that aunty will be grateful of.
1 cuddly toy to go to someone as part of their xmas present. It's lovely but it is needs to go to make way for this year's onslaught.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them.
