Hi shinner. Your daughter is amazing - so glad to hear you had a great weekend. I think the thing with debt-busting is that we learn what's worth spending money on and what isn't. Your little one definitely is.

Well paid 200 off OH credit card so his total is starting to come down. Was hoping to get get under 3k by end of May but will have to wait and see.
Need to go on my banks and see what is what not been on for about a week. Mortgage will be getting a £50 overpayment on wednesday will be the first ever.
Recieved a letter from HMRC to tell me tax code changed to allow for overpay, Also have to advise the amount from 08-09 amount per yr for trainers. Anyone any ideas?

why is it just when things start going ok another hurdle comes along. I have looked on my bank accounts to see that my electric and gas has risen. £41 This month:eek: Checked email to see i was actually notified but that seems huge amounts.
DS having a sleep over tonight so looks like it is a trip to the supermarket shortly to stock up for them.

I have filled my car with fuel on way home from gym, paid £30 off xmas vouchers so only 125 left to go. Need to get swim money, bus money and salad money sorted for next week.
I also must do application form tonight for a job closing date is on monday.

well double checked and have until tuesday night to do form, so will tackle tomorrow. I forgot to go to the bank to get swim and after school fees out.:( Looks like will have to send them in on tuesday morning.
I am aiming to spend no more than £25 after paying school bits out this week. Fingers crossed i can do it.

well uniform rebate 304 really don't understand the breakdown i owe them 349 for tax credits you would think they would just knock it off this but no really don't understand.I am going to phone them see if i can sort this out prob have to wait until friday due to work hours:(:(:(

I had torture with application form although sorted and have an interview :eek: DD class i fry under interview so not holding my breath. Although if i did get it would it be to hard for dd.

Well OH sold car wanted a little more but accepted 2900 he wants another though so this isnt going towards debt:eek:
I have an interview on Fri going to take it as practice as i have tough opposition. DD been to brownie camp had an amazing time. I have managed to have a swim last 2 days in peace, went for a nice walk today and ended up burnt to a crisp must remember sun cream tomor.
I also have at last got a washing line, only been without for around 6 months so electric and gas should reduce.

Thanks Taxi I aren't happy my OH wants a car he has paid a deposit but needs £1100 more i can just about scrape it but it means using DS birthday money and leaving us very tight. I commented this and possibly wont be buying now.
I am always the bad guy...
