Well had a long day yesterday needed to get a few bits and petrol so i ended up spending £63 but petrol should last all week due to no school.
Called into see my mam on way home went on her scales big mistake i have 35lb to get rid of:eek::eek:. I aren't happy so quick to go on so hard to come off. No smoking going well on day 12 with only a little blip.
Going to take the children for a long walk today with dog so hopefully Nsd.
Logged on bank paid yet another 50 off OH cc he will defo not be happy 100 in 2 days.

Well no further forward with debt payments, I have decided to get some vouchers for xmas just £150 which should do family presents.
Have had lots of nice exercise the last 2 days 5 mile walk yesterday and 7.5 miles today will have some fit children they slept well last night, also a very happy dog.
She thinks its Christmas lol

Well today made banana loaf so diet wont be going well but hey. Lots of children today so no exercise as they are all shattered and don't want to kill them off. Plan is i will go for a short walk tonight after work just a 3 mile i think. Swimming tomorrow night. Possibly a walk also.
OH car has mot on wed so no more money going off debt this week.
Still not smoking so that is 2 wks :j
Not much else to report desperate to find other means of making money.
Also would love to be back in my size 10 instead of nearly going into a 14. I know stopping smoking means weight gain so think i am going to be unhappy for a while.:(

Well looked at my savings i have nearly 700 how much do you think i will have to save for full and final settlement for my virgin (2359) to be paid ? I was hoping to get at least one card paid off this year! I suppose i am just wishfull thinking and that i am going to be paying for a long time.

Had a lovely swim tonight it was nice to be just me not a teacher, parent, i was just me and for a small moment forgot about debt.
I have several meetings tomorrow so going to be a long hard day not looking forward will soon be thurs lol.
I am hoping i can pay some more off OH card on thurs but need to also remember he has car tax to pay 270 for year! Ridiculous why he needs a turbo beyond me never really drives it waste of money. He has spent more on it than it would of cost to have bought mine. Infact probably could of bought mine about 7 times over.
He has to take it for mot so should be interesting.
Spent £4 on batteries for scales today( they are not very kind either lol) Also spent £9 on basics .
I have bus fare in envelope for kids next week and dinner money also ready. DS has half his birthday money in his money box so i only have to find him £50 more.
I want to try and stay atleast a week ahead of myself.

Well meeting at work today, company have been taken over and all sounds very positive. The company actually contract teachers sounds good.
Also had a very positive meeting about DD and applying for a grant for her to allow her activities for 12 months if goes through i will be around £85 a month better off.
I have had a NSD yippee suddenly realised tonight i need to go shopping for children summer uniform on friday as back to school shortly where has this week gone.
Walked for 1hr 30 mins tonight dog going to be devastated next week lol.

I've been following your diary for a few days and you're doing amazingly well. You're tackling a lot at once - debt, giving up smoking - and it can be tough if you don't have support.

In a way it has been easier for me because a) it's only me so I don't have anyone to keep on the straight and narrow too, and b) all my sources of credit dried up so I HAD to start living to my income. Six years on, I have a default and an arrangement to pay on my credit file so i couldn't get credit even if I wanted to.

My advice would be - take it gradually and the debt WILL come down. I've focussed on paying off one at a time, as it gave me a sense of achievement to clear something. Do take care of yourself too. You're doing a great job and you'll start seeing the results soon.:)

Well going to try again at hospital today, hopefully will not be many waiting ! I need to try contact HMRC so the tax credits get stopped. OH been working overtime and i want him to be able to do so i dont want over-payments to be ruling my life. I know i will miss the money as OH only gives me a set amount but really not worth it . Will phone them tomorrow i put the £10 they gave me in a different account so it is there to repay them.
