Try a call to 150. Or perhaps many calls to 150. You should eventually get someone to sort it out, but have a flask and sandwiches handy, just in case it takes a while.
Let us know the result.
I’m led to believe that I had my 250MB + 250MB account adjusted back to the basic £8 deal, but only time will tell.
PS I’m thinking of setting up a business offering something for £8 per month, but then charging more. It’s obviously legal to do this, otherwise T-Mobile wouldn’t do it, would they? I’m currently working on the bill randomiser software.

Have you tried the chat that appears when you log into your 'My T-Mobile' account as they are a separate team and can access your account?
The chat team in the shop area just tend to be sales.
Thanks for that.
I have yet to spot that one. Nothing is appearing automatically - how is it accessed?0
