Urinating in public is illegal,Send Argos an email stating that unless they AND the driver issue you a written apology within 7 days you will report the matter to the police,short sweet and do not mention compo,

absolutely, I am horrified that people think this is ok and presumably there are children in the area so that makes it a worse offence!

I'm still wondering if they would think it ok if their neighbour did this in his own front garden?

I would also mention that you requested advice about this on a main consumer website and was viewed by 2500 times - or whatever it is - but then I am very aggressive! I would also go straight to the local paper not as a letter to the editor, but as a local interest item. It was a disgusting act and not hygienic, and I certainly don't want to see someone's willy out in my garden. He'd have been given short shrift by me. I'd have been furious.

And what is about people spitting in the street, too? (But doesn't compare with yours of course). He should have tied a knot in it. I've been a rep, I know it can be difficult - but it's something you have to manage. We get the society we deserve, and we should all be supporting you in this, not deriding you for not being tolerant enough.

Ladies and gents I do agree he should not have done it and it's unacceptable.

Yet some of you sound as though every penny you have ever spent has been in the toilet ! Daytime peeing definitely not, no way. Yet a chap coming home at night from the pub, a quick pee behind a bush when he's busting to go, and there's no one about, I don't have a problem with.

heres a guy peeign where he shouldnt and argos couldnt give a monkeys hoot.yet the local caretaker of a multi storey block seperated a fight.both parties were thankfull eventually,and yet he got sacked for swearing in the middle of it .....been funny if he had of left them to it and thousands of government money had to be spent on repairs..oh well

Above the age of 18 months, every pee I've taken HAS been in a toilet!!!
