Your profile tells us all that you are a bit of a thug anyway..

" The dumber people think you are, the more suprised they will be when you kill them. "

    :rotfl:

The point being that is a joke....and a quote. :rotfl:
But I'm glad it amuses you.

Seriously though, why should we put up with that, why would you want a garden that reeks of P***?

It's bad enough when cats do it...at least you can put pepper down to keep them away.

What are we supposed to do to keep argos delivery guys away from our garden?

    Place an order???!

Seriously, I was just having humorous a dig at the OP for getting so worked up over what to me is just a triviality.

There are surely more important things to get excited about than an Argos Driver having a leak.

I suspect Argos see things in a similar way.

Apart from the fact that the post has got SFA to do with Money Saving anyway.

I think Argos are a pretty disreputable company anyway.
I'm sure that I read a damning report about them (in Ethical Consumer mag, I think). I can't remember the details although someone may be able to enlighten us.
I certainly don't shop there despite their cheapness or convenience.

The people who posted above stating "get over it" its no big deal etc make me sick.
People like you have dragged this country into the gutter with your attitudes and behaviour.
under the sexual offences act amended 2003
urinating in public is a crime if witnessed and is punishable with a £40 on the spot fine.
the offence of indecent exposure has been reformed to one where a man or woman expose themselves knowing they might cause alarm or distress this does not incluse breasts or buttocks but does cover urinating in public which carries a 6 month jail term for a first offence.
If he did that in my garden i would have called the police and would also take a civil action against home retail group.

I agree that having a pee in the daytime in someones garden is unacceptable. It is the type of company 'exposure' that Argos does not want

I am confused on the 'exposure' bit. Is the act of urinating an offence in itself or do you also have to see winky.

My problem would be that he peed in your garden during daylight hours. Did he do enough to try and cover up what he was doing or did he appear brazen about it? Men are much luckier than women if they are caught short. If you had had a women driver she would not have peed in your garden.... he really should have tied a knot in it.

What do want to happen though ? Do you want the guy to lose his job ?
  • I can understand OP's frustration with this, I have small children and if they were to witness this type of behaviour, I don't know what I would do, prob call the police to report him along with his registration details, however, if I was by myself, would prob just ignore, however, it's not my garden.

if you have nothing better to worry about than a driver who was bursting for a pee then lucky you .What do you expect argos to do ?
As for all those people who say go to the police ,I think the police have better things to do than look for someone who was bursting for a pee.How many police officers would you like to investigate it .

Hey we have some funny people on here, if you think it's fine to have anyone p*sh in your garden where do you draw the line,is it ok to let people have sex,get drunk or even let some junkies shoot up after all it's not that bad really is it what harm are they doing a bit of pee some blood and needles a few beer cans, If you and others dont see what is wrong with this there is somthing very wrong with you.........
