I got a box of Dorset cereals toasted coconut and wheatflakes yesterday for £1.50. It's £3 in Waitrose and that's whilst it's on offer!! Rrp is actually £3.79!! Good date on it too, Jan 2014."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

I love their roast pork joints. They are £5.50 each and I can eat it for lunch and dinner for 3 days! Or for a family it would serve 4 for Sunday tea.
FF frozen broccoli is good stuff too. I think it's £1 a bag, you get plenty of it and it's mostly heads with very little stem. Tastes good, and cooks in the micro in a jug of boiling water.Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0 -

I love farmfoods but it's not very close to me so only go occasionally. Their hovis bread is very cheap if I recall it's was 2 for £1.60 last time I was there when the big supermarkets has put their prices up to 2 for £2.20.
The frozen veg is great, I normally buy, broccoli, peppers, petit pois, sweetcorn, cauli. The kids like the chicken goujons think they are called American diner, I make them up with salad in a wrap like KFC twisters. The 3 packs of meat for £10 are good value, I have never tried the fish but have recently been getting smoked haddock from tesco so will try ff next time as it has been recommended.
My freezer is full ATM but will definitely be heading to ff when it's empty!0 -

I've been buying that. It's 2 bags for £5 which is 1kg of fish for a fiver! Some pieces are a bit small and funny shapes but they taste good and that's what matters.
I'm also a big fan of the frozen leeks. Ready prepped and no waste, they're marvellous for casseroles.
If you make a trip it's worth stocking up on loo roll and kitchen roll too.0 -
As well as 2x 1kg bags of sugar for £1.50 ,as previously posted, they are now selling the 1kg tub of Kerrymaid Buttery Spread for £1.00 and tinned chopped plum tomatoes in natural juice 800g price marked 59p OR 2x tins for only 80p. Grab some quick.
These chopped tinned toms are excellent and as cheap as i can find.0 -
Today I bought:
. 130g bags of Cadbury Popcorn for 39p each. The big four have them normally at £1.99 or 2 for £3.
. Two bars of Milka (new Almond one) for £1
. tub of Seriously Strong spreadable cheddar 75p and have UB dates in mid Sept0 -
I called in for the usual loo rolls and kitchen roll today and decided to get cheese while I was there.
I opted for the mature cheddar in the end as pack's more manageable. Same price as the extra mature £5 per kg!:D0
