Match.com refund?

How was the payment taken- if by card or direct debit show the bank confirmation of your cancellation - to be honest you are going to struggle getting anyone to consider this as a ‘fraud’ at best it would be put down to error.

Unfortunately it would seem match.com only like to make contact via telephone - if you google their numbers there are a few and you may have more success getting through on one of their other lines.

What other numbers are there? The only one I can find is 02030596494 and it just cuts out at 30s. Is there another number I can try or an email address?

The same happened with me. I contacted them about 3 days after the direct debit had come out and advised them that I hadn’t used their service in some time and did not want to renew and they cancelled it immediately and refunded me.
