HDMI slot just stopped working??

Options
For months I've had my PS3 connected to slot 1 in my TV and Sky box connected to slot 2.

It was working fine yesterday. Today I turned on my TV and it couldn't pick up signal from my PS3. I hadn't moved any wires or anything. Weird!

I tried it in slots 2 and 3 and it works fine! I then plugged my Sky box into slot 1 and it didn't work. So there's something wrong with one of the slots on my TV.

Does anyone know what the most likely culprit is and if you can buy "HDMI ports" for your TV to replace old ones?
Does anyone know what could have caused this so I can replace it?

It's a Toshiba Regza about 3 years old.
