Do you actually pay to park in car parks?

The proper course of action for a landholder in this situation would be just the same as if someone kept parking their car in your drive. Put up barriers. Take them to court for trespass.
Has this thread had some posts removed? Because at the moment, I can't see the relevance of this post or ManxRed's either.
Edit:- Sorry, re-read posts and understand your comment.0 -
I pay to park, where required, the parkopedia website is useful of your going somewhere unknown, or to find out where the cheapest place to park isFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Think you might need to withdraw this comment. No one here has said not to pay proper parking charges, only the "penalty" charges for contravening their supposed t&c.
Read them again.
The poster referred to "board" so I took it that he/she referred not only to this thread....could be wrong. I took it then he/she thought that "mixed messages" are given on this board in how to deal with PPC's. Could be wrong. If this then they are wrong. There may be several options because of personal circumstances/what PPC involved but that is nothing like giving "mixed messages"!
However, if she/he is referring to this thread again they are wrong!Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -
trisontana wrote: »What do you mean by that statement? If you are implying that people on here are saying never pay to park, where is your evidence?
He hasn't any, as previously this user comes with the accusations of the users here, but has no evidence at all to back his trollingWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Does anyone for example commute daily, park in the local Asda where there is a 2 hour limit, and just ignore the dozens of tickets?
Nope, I generally park it in there on Monday morning and pick it up Friday night. The trolleyman even keeps an eye on it for me
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0
