Im on with a man-shed/summerhouse at the mo, once the weather gets better and I can lay the base. But I just fancy another house to play with, much more fun.

One thing I wont touch is plumbing, dont mind electrics, but water always finds a way to leak for me, lucky I have the best plumber ever!
