I don't think so. I might be wrong tho:o That part is lower than the rest of the garden and the surrounding gardens for that matter, so all the other water is running into my dippy bit. I can't do anything about the clay soil. I figure yes, it might still get puddly if it's even but it won't flood as much. Im talking serious flooding here. Im sure I have a pic....I'll go and look0 -

Tarmac?It took me about 2-3 years hard work to get my garden clear of overgrown bushes, rampant brambles, several trees etc and turn a muddy slope into a series of terraces with brick retaining walls. That was 30 years ago but time (and some neglect:o) has taken it's toll and I need to get back to a blank canvas and start again with something a bit less labour intensive for the years ahead.
