Definately! When we bought this place Dad was well and was going to help, OH was just about to retire from the army and we were going to make it our dream home in no time
Fa st forward a year and Dad was terminally ill and OH was in hospital as well
. didn't quite work out the way we planned 
Oh well living in a building site has it advantages:) every time you get a bit more done it feels like a massive achievement0 -

And no need to waste time cleaning on a building site as it will only get dirty again

we need topsoil to raise that part of the garden. Ive already planted Alot of shrubs etc around there to try and build a root system to help with drainage.
