So, I've played my £10 and the bonus £20 - I won £8, can I withdraw it now? do I wait for the cashback to track / pay and them withdraw it? can't I withdraw it at all?

I asked a similar question last night and Logie confirmed it was possible to withdraw after playing through the bonus HTH

Do you ignore the last digit on the barcode?

Yes TM, barcodes are either 8 or 13 digits, A's receipts miss off the last one.

This is a wonderful list - thank you so much.
possibly if we could also contribute the shelf edge price and the barcodes or at least the last 4 digits of the radox we get that work nicely and these can be added to the list for clarity.
I tend to get in the shower gel section and I get blinded by all of the exciting flavours and colours :)
Good idea, I've now added barcodes to the Radox I bought (I don't know the others) Also I've copied Savvys siggy idea and put my list details in my siggy, thanks Savvy :T (hopefully this will help prevent the repeated questions to which answers can be found by searching the thread, at least on the days I post :D )

have you ring HQ yet - if not do so now!

Same weird excuses in my store. I checked prices on mys and Asda.com before setting off and also I checked the shelf edge labels. I went through the till but no multi buy so I said nothing paid up and went to CS. On CS there was 2 people working and one went off to check the shelf edges - yes I know I should have gone with here and I would have but I had no OH with me to look after the trolley. The other CS had her walky talky with her and between them they checked and rechecked the 3 bottles. The other CS then said that the Irn was on a different offer 2 for £2 - outright lie

at home I rechecked mys and Asda.com and then I rang HQCS and explained everything and I am getting the difference and also an extra £2 for my suffering!

and my CS is also being retrained.

I also said to HQCS that I knew sada had the mantra of 'Happy to Help" and there was no evidence of that this morning - I think this helped.

There is no valid reason why all 3 bottles which are on 3 for £3 offer should not work, yes they are different prices but at often happens with multi buys.

Anyway it's worth buying these 3 today if you are doing a Sada v sainsbobs shop. if you do succeed in getting a £2 gift card for the overcharge at CS or through HQCS if they won't play ball then you have some nice cheap pop - even if you don't particularly like Fanta etc you could always donate to your local food bank.
Just written an email to HO. I definately want more than £2 compensation though :)

Sorry I cannot see them 2 for £2  maybe this offer is just about to end as some of the multibuys have disappeared at the time of writing this
