You only have to send one NBA. How are you going to demonstrate that, on the balance of probability, you were on the flight?

Thanks for the reply Vauban. I have an entry on a bank statement for the flight booking (unfortunately no booking reference). I have some other evidence such as emails for hotel accommodation sent after we booked the flights and there's also one of my old posts on here asking if someone can beat my quote for the hotel accommodation (posted the same day I booked the flights). Do you think this will be sufficient to prove that we travelled on the balance of probability?

you need to have your claim lodged in the small claims court so get the notice before action letter to them 14 days later regardless of reply or info back off crooks get your claim in you can claim with a booking reference did you book in store if you did go in and get them to print of your old documents they will still be on their system
