What do you need breathing space for? You can go to a solicitor today to discuss whether in law your children have a case to make.
Do you know that prior to the latest will your MIL had a will that mentioned your children? If so, then perhaps a new or changed will that came when a person was in decline and cut out previously mentioned people might have some standing. So far you have not mentioned anything to do with that particular situation.
So this is now coming down to a situation where you want to cause them financial pain as a method of retribution?0 -

The story involves people (the children of the deceased) who were involved both physically and financially in the world of their relative. By your own admission your children weren't involved in any way in her life other than an annual visit with their grandmother.0 -
And it seems the guy who was left out of the will brought her a house...
That doesn't make the will wrong, just actually gives a moral / logical arguement taken in conjunction with the other information.:T0 -

And then the judge says that this is a waste of time and awards all costs against you.0 -

This is so vindictive! It sounds as if you are really set on causing pain to recently-bereaved people just because you don't like what was in the will.0 -
So glad I'm not mercenary. Money seems to turn some people so very nasty.
I actually feel slightly repulsed and sickened by this thread.
If you're a troll you should be ashamed of yourself, and if you're not a troll you should be even more ashamed of yourself.0
