This is good advice - my parents explained in a letter kept with their wills why they haven't shared out their money evenly between their children.

The problem in this case is probably that the grandmother wouldn't have thought that anyone would try to challenge her will. She was leaving her estate to the children she brought up - even if they were her grandchildren.

I would think that she would as amazed as us at the idea that her ex-DIL would try to dispute the will to get money for grandchildren she hardly knew.

there is some doubt being expressed as to whether this is really a person seeking help or a trouble making troll causing varying degrees of upset and distress to others

The OP has been posting on this one thread for months and nowhere else, has made no acknowledgement of advice or opinions offered and appears to have taken no action at all.

Why did you feel the need to report? The OP hasn't posted on here since April.

This is obviously a troll. What annoyed me most on these posts was the person who didn't know the difference between bought and brought, I noticed they were born in 88, says a lot about the decline in our educational standards that does.

Anyway back to the troll.....
