Hello! I just signed up as Nepenthe. How long does it take for one's miles to be unlocked?

It is either 48 hours or 72 hours and after one month you will be able to post more than 5 reviews per day, if you choose to. Although it isn't recommended from what I understand.

Just my own personal opinion, but I'd recommend not bashing out too many reviews too quickly, in order to maximise earning potential. I find I earn more if I keep it to one a day or one every other day. Also, publishing too many too quickly can result in burnout where you find you soon run out of things to review.

I'm happily rating away and hours seem to fly by! I'm definitely sticking to the rule of when people rate me, I make sure I return their rates asap. My money seems to be shooting up again from getting a good circle of friends who have the same objective.

I find that too! But then I don't mind reading. Some good writers on there.

Just thought I'd say hello. I've seen a few of you on dooyoo on my 4.5 years of being on there. I don't write long reviews and will always rate back.
Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies

Hi all. i joined Dooyoo a few weeks ago and am really enjoying it and and starting to get the hang of it. i have added people into my circle of friends. Is there a way to get an alert in the daily email when someone from your circle of friends has posted a review? I can't seem to find how to do this

If you click on 'your account' there's an e-mail alert section just under the communication centre bit on bottom left. That should do the trick :)

My miles from my first day are still pending, although almost all of my reviews have been very useful. :(

Tomorrow I will have been on DooYoo a week and here are my results:
My first 2 reviews are currently locked, I believe I didn't understand at first the standards of review required to qualify for publication. I have edited these now (rewritten basically) so hopefully these will go back up soon.
9 reviews completed (11 if you include the locked) on various things like food, technology, games and toys and I have 5105 miles (3130 redeemable). Just hit the 100 ratings mark given by others which is great, of my 9 reviews on there 6 have been rated Very Useful.

I am really into this and can see myself almost quitting surveys full time - no boring repetetive questions here, you can review what you like when you like and get rewarded for it. From my experience so far, earning 50p on DooYoo is much easier than getting 50p from completing a survey.
